As her foot impacted Ing's flesh, he split into dozens of blobs, and began soaking into her skin. In the fainted recesses of her mind, she would be able to hear his voice. "You are MINE!" he said triumphantly, "and now, how should I kill you? Making you jump off something rather high seems appropriate, don't you think?"
(if you didn't get the meaning of that post, basically, he's starting to possess her. It's one of his abilities limitted to his human form and the Aether path)

Ing scowled inwardly. She was resisting quite strongly. In fact, he still couldn't use her body yet. "LET GO, YOU INCOMPETANT WOMAN!" he howled at her mind. Violently, and for the first time in centuries, his possession failed. He was expelled from her body, and violently forced back into his Warrior shape. He kneeled on his front legs, and glared at the woman. "I must... retreat..." he said, reverting to his human form, and leaping off to a different rooftop
